Dan has been servicing my boiler for the past 3 years and has just replaced my boiler as well as moving it and replacing 2 radiators. His attention to detail, work focused attitude and depth of knowledge are fantastic. When we were planning our boiler replacement he listened to our wants, needs and concerns, and helped us find a solution that met all of them. During the work he kept me up to date with pictures and videos as well as phone calls. When decisions were needed, he offered me options to choose between and pros and cons of each. When there was something I wasn’t happy with, he heard out the full reason why, understood and returned quickly to make the changes needed. They say when something goes wrong you see the full measure of someone, and Dan just reinforced to me how much pride he takes in doing a job well. Found dan on an emergency case My boiler in my new home was faulty at purchase. I contacted Dan on a sunday fretting about having no heat in minus 2 degrees He came over within 15 minutes of the call in the pouring rain. Found the problem rather quickly and was able to diagnose and price the same day. Part was fitted and problem resolved within 26 hours. ( even coming to us after finishing for the day ) Me, my wife and kids thank dan for his quick resolution to our problem when others would have turned us away until later in the week. Good pricing, happy customer Will definitely be keeping him on hand for my plumbing and heating needs. Found Dan through Eastleigh neighbours as a lot of people recommended him already. Replaced my boiler very quick and completed some fixes in my water tank. Excellent quality of work, clean (wears protective cover when is inside), reliable, excellent customer service and affordable prices. Will use him again for my boiler maintenance. Dan was brilliant. My gas engineer of over five years couldn’t fix a fault in our hot water system. Dan visited and worked it out in five minutes flat and charged a very reasonable rate. He’s very talented at his job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Thank you Dan!

My friend recommended Dan (HeatTech Hampshire) when I needed annual boiler service (Mar 2025). Dan was polite, thorough and explained what he was doing and why. Ordered and replaced worn out part, and fitted a new thermostat and timer. Very clean and tidy work area, wore shoe covers in house to protect carpets. I contacted Dan again when I had a problem with the kitchen tap (Jun 2025). Sent a photo of old tap, he ordered a new one and came to fit it a few days later. Again, super efficient! Dan recently attended our property to complete the annual service on our Worcester Combi boiler. Communication, punctuality and the respect he showed to our house and furnishings were all first class. He undertook a very thorough service which exceeded in detail recent services completed. The condensing unit was thoroughly cleaned and a re-pressurization was completed, both of which had not been done before in recent years. Dan fitted us in quickly when we had a leaking boiler. He knows his stuff and diagnosed from the video I sent him! He is clean and tidy too. Would recommend.
